working again

Oh my. I just re read my post. I ran spell check and oops the wrong word went in it. I guess I better re read all my post a little better.

I am now back to working hard on this weight thing.

I am still working on my weight. I have had a bump in the road but it is not stopping me. So I will be posting a few pictures of St Martin on my frig lol.

Mamwa is in the hospital. I am worried about her. She has been one of the greatest blessing of my life. I can't tell you how much she means to me. Please pray for her.

I have the girls and my fabulous husband. Hubby wrote on the drive way "I heart LISA". It made me laugh. I told a friend about it and she said her hubby said that only happens in movies. Well, I guess I live a great life.

I can also say that voices from the past can be soft breezes of blessings, you did not see comin

Yep 196. I went to ND on Thurs and ate out the whole day. Then last night I had pizza....need I say more. (back to working harder!)

Friday 193

Well here I am @ 193!!!!! I know this is going to slow down but I love it. I started doing step aerobics on Monday and Wednesday. After step aerobics I do a mile on the elliptical machine. Then every other day I go swimming. I guess I am ever starting to like it. I find that a little crazy. I never liked any type of psychical activity. So big step for me! How are you all doing?

Otter was up a tree about 20 feet today. I have a picture. I think she wants to give me a heart attack.
